We are so grateful to be writing this letter to you. The Lord placed a specific word of encouragement on our hearts to share with you today, and we are expecting it to stir up a fresh flow of faith on the inside of you.

Now, the message on our hearts for you today is concerning the good fight of faith that has already been won!  We understand that in this fallen world, we all face situations that need urgent prayer to see much needed answers. Whether it’s in the area of health, finances, relationships, or anything we are not experiencing the full benefits of the blessing of the Lord in – there is a promise to stand on, and a hope to hold fast to. The truth is, our job, as believers in the finished work of the cross, is to not try to fight again the fight that Jesus has already won for our victory in these areas. Instead, we are to enforce with our faith the victory Jesus obtained for us.

The Bible tells us the devil with his principalities and powers will do whatever they can to prevent us from walking in the fullness of life Jesus secured for us.  John 10:10 calls him a thief who intends to steal, kill, and destroy every good thing God has already provided. But praise God, Jesus legally defeated the devil for us. He triumphed over him and stripped him of every weapon he had to use against us.  Yet, because of his criminal nature, he continues to operate illegally.  Which is why we must stand our ground and enforce his defeat over all that concerns us. Jesus is the head of His church and He has given us the authority to do just that.

1 Peter 5:8 says, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”.  The devil can only harm the areas of our lives we allow him to.  We have the power of God, through the indwelling Holy Spirit, to resist him, and we have been authorised to do so. James 4:7-8 says, “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.”. Verse 9 of 1 Peter 5 says we are to resist him, being steadfast in our faith!

Holding onto what is ours requires faith. 1 Timothy 6:12 says we are to fight the good fight of faith. You see, the devil will continue trying to deceive us into giving up what is ours by birthright. We don’t fight disease or poverty or the devil – Jesus took care of that at the cross.  We fight doubt and unbelief!  The devil’s strategy is to cause pressure in the areas we are standing our ground in. In the area of our finances, he will manipulate circumstances like increases in prices and rates, or unforeseen expenses that suddenly need to be dealt with.  Or in the area of our healing, he will cause negative reports, and pain and symptoms in our physical bodies that place a demand on our attention.  All these things try our faith.

The strategy is to keep us focused on the problem so we get out of faith and into worry and fear, instead of having a single minded focus on God’s Word!

Today, we exhort you to refuse the distraction! Keep your attention fixed on what the Word says is yours, in Christ Jesus.  Then stand your ground in that Word.  Let faith rise up in your heart as you exercise your authority over the devil and resist him.  Then begin to rejoice! Regardless of whether circumstances change or not – rejoice in the victory the Word says is yours!

Even when you get knocked down with despair and feel defeated – you can stand right back up again by switching your focus to the truth: You are hidden with Christ in God! (Colossians 3:3).  Where He is, there is no defeat, no lack, no sickness, no despair!  Let that truth shout louder than anything you are feeling or thinking in the natural realm – that’s what the good fight of faith is all about.  This is how our faith in God’s Word and His faithfulness to watch over His Word to perform it – becomes more powerful than the need.

Let your faith Do 2 things for you today: 1) Place the devil back in his position of defeat, and 2) release back to you what is already yours.

This is your time to experience overwhelming victory, and we are excited to hear your testimonies about it!

This journey of faith is something we support each other in!  As much as Jenny and I do all we can to minister truth to you, your continuous prayers and financial support to this ministry keeps us moving forward in the vision.  Saturating the airwaves over the continents of this world, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, is our mission. We are so grateful to you, our partners, for standing with us and helping us achieve the mandate!

We love and appreciate you so very much!

Let’s keep up the good fight of faith together!
